OUR 2018 IN REVIEW
Happy New Year, friends!
Cooper & Millie Jo are back to school today & we are back into a routine of things after a wonderful Christmas break.
I can't believe 2019 is already here.
As I look back on 2018, I can't help but think just how sweet of a year it was.
Here is a look at what our year looked like …
JANUARY
And we partied JoJo Siwa style!
FEBRUARY
In early February, we were given such a sweet BABY SHOWER ...
And on February 24, 2018, we welcomed OUR PRECIOUS RAINBOW BABY.
MARCH
Cooper TURNED EIGHT!
We celebrated by going to see the Harlem Globetrotters.
APRIL
EASTER with these beautiful babes of mine ...
And I also revealed ELLIE JOY'S NURSERY!
MAY
May 3rd marked two years since Dan & I found out that RUTHIE BELLE'S heart had stopped beating …
I am so blessed to be their mama!
We wrapped May up AT THE BEACH for Memorial Day …
JUNE
Millie Jo had her GYMNASTICS & DANCE RECITAL the first week of June.
We sure have missed our dance family this season …
We loved CELEBRATING THIS GUY of ours on Father's Day.
JULY
I brought in year 29 with LOTS OF FAMILY TIME …
We grilled out with family for the FOURTH OF JULY …
And a certain Itty Bitty girl GOT HER EARS PIERCED!
The end of July, we VACATIONED IN TENNESSEE for a week & it was so much fun!
AUGUST
Cooper STARTED THIRD GRADE …
And this baby girl of mine STARTED KINDERGARTEN!
SEPTEMBER
We spent Labor Day weekend AT THE CAMPGROUND.
OCTOBER
Our favorite tradition … THE COUNTY FAIR.
Fifteen years for me & Dan!
We took a day trip to MT MITCHELL …
We PUMPKIN PATCHED hard …
The 29th was RUTHIE BELLE DAY …
And HALLOWEEN was extra sweet .. not just because the candy! 😉
NOVEMBER
We had FALL FAMILY PICTURES made in early November & they turned out so stinkin' good!
Extra thankful for my people!
DECEMBER
We kicked off the month of December at CAROWINDS WINTERFEST …
Enjoyed our HOMETOWN CHRISTMAS PARADE & TREE LIGHTING …
Fred, our elf, flew back from the North Pole & threw ONE HECK OF A BREAKFAST for the kiddos!
We took a ride ON THE POLAR EXPRESS with Mimi, Paw-Paw & all of the siblings/cousins …
We got surprised with a couple SNOW DAYS …
And went & saw THE BIG GUY!
My INSTAGRAM best nine was spot on, too!
What .. a .. year!
There were so many highs but there was also lows. Two weeks before Christmas, Dan lost his job. Something we didn't see coming but y'all, so many blessings have came from all of this hardship. He starts a new job today!! I can't wait to share more with you about it & I can't wait to see what 2019 has in store for our family!

I am hoping this new job is fruitful and a blessing to your family! I can't believe Ellie Joy is going to be 1 this year, how did that happen! What a fun year to look back on, so much happens in one year's time. PS You still have had more snow than us, what??
