March 24th was a BIG day in our house ... my sweet Coop Coop turned eight years old ... EIGHT!!
This baby ...
is now this boy ...
Oh.My.Heart!
Cooper loves ALL things sports whether it's golf, basketball, football, baseball ... he loves it all so when we found out the Harlem Globetrotters were coming on his birthday this year, we knew that would be the perfect thing to do!
We let him invite a friend & he asked his buddy that lives next door.
Millie Jo had no interest in going because #allgirl but Grammy, Poppy Pop & baby sis went with us!
The show was hilarious! If you've never seen them & you have a kiddo who loves basketball, you need to get tickets!!
After the show, the team did autographs down on the court so the boys took their shirts down there & had them signed.
We ended his big day with dinner ...
And a big brownie with ice cream!
That next day after church, we continued celebrating Coop & met our families for lunch.
Out of all the grandbabies, Coop is the only boy & all these girls LOVE him!
We all love us some Nothing Bundt Cakes & they nailed it with this baseball cake that my sister had made for him!
We had the best weekend celebrating my boy!
Cooper! I love you! I am so thankful for your laugh, your thoughtfulness, your big heart, the way you can always make me laugh & your love for quality time. You're my one who asks ALL the questions & wants to know ALL the things. My tenderhearted child. My one who always thinks inside AND outside the box. You love Jesus & my prayer is that you always keeps Him first & that you always keep your sweet spirit.
