Weekend Wrap Up ...
Happy Monday!
I hope y'all had a wonderful weekend because I know we sure did!
Here's what we were up to ...
The weekend got us like ... :)
Friday night we took our kiddos to their very first drive-in movie to see The Secret Life of Pets. I may or may not have been more excited than they were to go.
It was a super cute movie!
This girl couldn't decide between cotton candy or popcorn ... she went with the cotton candy!
Coop chose a Hershey bar because why not!?!
Saturday morning I caught up on laundry & even had a little helper.
That evening we went to my in-loves church to hear children from Haiti sing. They are actually doing a tour around the US for 13 weeks & they were just amazing!
After they sang we had refreshments & fellowship in the lobby. I walked out to find Cooper serving all the children water. This boy loves to help others & it makes my heart so happy!
See the little girl standing beside Millie Jo?? During their last song they picked someone in the crowd to pray for & this little girl came and sat down right beside of me & Millie Jo ... she hugged us & started praying. She's only 5 years old! I couldn't understand what she was saying but I know that God could & He gets all the glory.
It is something that I will always remember.
After the concert we had one of our favs for dinner ... Chinese!
Love my little dinner dates so much.
Sunday after church I did something that was completely out of my comfort zone. More on that this week!
Until then, let's just talk about how stinking cute these two are! :)
We ended our weekend over at my parents house playing cards & eating homemade peanut butter ice cream.
Love, love, love family time!
