We have really been enjoying the Christmas season but I will admit, I was feeling a little overwhelmed last week. With Christmas parties, shopping & gifts ... I just really had to take a step back & remember that while all that stuff is fun the real reason for the season is Jesus & that's the most precious gift of all.

Here's what we've been up to ...

Last week I had to work the Santa Shop at Cooper's school so I dropped this sweet girl off with Grammy so they could spend the day together.

Remember the "Grow your own tree" kit Fred the Elf brought the kiddos?!?

Well we did them & the next morning they looked like this ...

These two have been such big helpers!

They love to bake just like their mama. I will remember moments like this forever!

I love being able to go help at Cooper's school.

Going to see the Christmas lights with this crew is always something I look forward to every year. The girls pile up in the back of the truck with the kiddos & our guys ride up front. So much fun!
