NORTH POLE BREAKFAST [2019]
One of our favorite mornings of the year is when Fred, our Elf, throws our NORTH POLE BREAKFAST! ANDREA, over at the Momfessionals blog, does this fun little tradition with her kiddos & when I first heard about it several years ago, I knew that I .. I mean, Fred .. needed to give it a try.
Friends, it was a hit!! And now, he rocks it out every year!
I get it, some people aren't about the elf life, but we are & think it is so much fun!
This year's theme was buffalo plaid & the cutest red trucks!
Every year, Fred brings a new pair of pjs & an ornament that represents something special from the year for each kiddo ...
This year, he brought Disney ornaments because of our first time going in OCTOBER! Millie Jo & Cooper got tiny Starbucks cups with Minnie Mouse ears ...
And Star Wars.
And he brought Itty Bitty Minnie Mouse because the girl loves her some "Mimmie!"
In years past, pancakes & fruit have been on the menu, but, let's face it ... they only eat the donuts, mini M&M's & chocolate chips so this year, we kept it simple!
It's always such a sweet morning when they walk into the dining room & see that Fred is back & threw a party!
And the after breakfast cuddles are even sweeter!
