MAGIC REINDEER FOOD
It's no secret that I love a tradition & one of our very favorites is making reindeer food to sprinkle out on Christmas Eve. We started doing it when Cooper was little & it quickly became something we all look forward to every year!
We even make bags to hand out to all the little people in our family, too, when we get together with them for Christmas.
I've shared the "recipe" with you before, but this year, I thought it would be fun to offer y'all a FREE printable to go with yours!
Just yesterday, I was in Millie Jo's class helping all the students make their own bag of it & they LOVED it!!
It's super simple to make & you ... I mean, your elf on the shelf ... could even make it & bring it as a surprise for your kiddos. Or make it a family night & do it together!
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
•Snack size baggies
•My free printable
•My free printable
•Plain oatmeal (I just buy the store brand)
•Sprinkles (I usually buy gold, red & green but it's totally up to you!)
WHAT TO DO :
Add a couple spoonfuls of oatmeal to the bag
Add in your sprinkles (the more sprinkles, the more the moon will make it shine ... & the easier it is for the reindeer to find it 😉)
When you're done, close up your bag & staple the instruction card to it!
AND THAT IS IT! EASY PEASY!!
It's so simple, but such a fun little way to let the magic in.
