Cooper's Birthday Weekend!
Friday, Cooper turned SEVEN!
Last week I shared his birth story & a letter to him. No, he won't read it now but he will one day :).
We celebrated him ALL weekend & it was SO much fun!
Friday morning he woke up to this & cinnamon rolls :).
And for school he picked out his own clothes. He had a tie with it but decided not to wear it once he got his clothes put on ;).
Friday afternoon, Millie Jo & I surprised him at school with cupcakes & then checked him out early.
He was SO excited!
When we got home we let him open his presents from us.
At the beginning of the week he told us that he wanted a NC State basketball jersey and shorts ... thank you Amazon for your quick delivery.
I told him on Thursday that I couldn't find one & that he might could get one later ;).
What's a birthday without ice cream ... and lots of sunshine!
So we headed to Sweet Frog with Grammy & Mimi.
Seven & five ... except she's only 4 .. ha!

We ended our night at the baseball field for Coop's first practice.

Mimi & Paw-Paw took him shopping Saturday night for his birthday ... he came home with all things Under Armour & this outfit.
Oh my heart, y'all. This boy!
On Sunday we had family lunch at our favorite Chinese restaurant per Cooper's request . .
Love our sweet family ... & the ones who couldn't be there!
This year Coop asked for a NC State basketball cake ... it was delicious!!
And I may or may not be eating a piece as I type this post.
