Happy Wednesday!

Thanks to Mix & Match Mama EATS, dinner has been amazing this week.

Monday night :: Sausage - Broccoli & Cheese soup
Tuesday night :: Meatball Subs
Tonight :: Taco Joes

My girls weekend in New York!

3. What I'm loving . . .

Speaking of Shay's new cookbook ...

Sunday afternoon I sat down with it & planned out my meals for the week. So glad I got my hands on this book.

4. What we've been up to . . .

Lots!

Millie Jo started her 2nd year of dance & Coop started first grade this week.

5. What I'm dreading . . .

Millie Jo has her first dentist appointment in a couple weeks. The girl doesn't like the doctor so I can only imagine how the dentist visit will go.

6. What I'm working on . . .

Getting my house decorated for fall.

Eeek!!

When September rolls around, my house gets decorated.

7. What I'm excited about . . .

Having a long holiday weekend with my people at the beach.

8. What I'm watching/reading . . .

I am hooked to the Big Brother live feeds.
I'm definitely team Nicole but I also love James!

Oh my heart ... this book is so, SO good.
The day I started it, I knew that I was just going to love it.

9. What I'm listening to . . .

This song.

If you haven't heard it, go listen to it.

Last year Hillary Scott had a miscarriage & expresses her feelings through this song.

Such a special song.

And make sure you grab the tissues!

10. What I'm wearing . . .

This dress has quickly become my favorite.

It is a more of a boxy fit & is a perfect dress to wear in the summer & through fall paired with leggings/or denim with booties.

The best part about it??? ... it has pockets!

12. What I'm looking forward to next month . . .

Cooper starts golf lessons.

If you know him, then you know he LOVES to play golf!
I'm so excited for him.

13. What else is new . . .

I'm pretty sure I covered it all for now!

Bonus question ::

14. What is your favorite transition piece for Fall . . .

One would be my summer dresses. It's so easy to wear them into Fall because I can just throw a denim jacket over top of them & even wear a cute scarf. If it's a shorter dress I would wear a pair of tall boots with it. Another would be the open toe booties. I don't have a pair myself ... yet, but I have my eye on some! They're cute in the summer & perfect for fall.
