Weekend Wrap Up :: Opening Day
Y'all, we had such a fun, relaxing, much needed spring break. Some days we did something, other days we didn't leave the house ... & it was incredible. It makes me even more ready for summer ... only a little over 6 weeks left, but who's counting!?! 😉 I love having my kiddos home with me!
I have lots of pictures to share with you this week from our little break but first I'm sharing all about our weekend . . .
On Friday night, we stayed at home. I've been working on going through Cooper & Millie Jo's clothes plus a little spring cleaning here and there. If you missed my post all about spring cleaning, you can read it here.
Saturday morning we headed to the ball field.
Cooper had his very first baseball game and he was so excited!
He played SO good!
This is his second year of coach pitch and he LOVES it.
At the very end of the game he hit a double!
I think I may just love these baseball days 😊.
His littlest fan.
So proud of my boy!
Just his little fan club all hot and sweaty ... and burnt.
Mama forgot the sunblock. #momfail
After the game we headed to a little spot in our town for lunch.
I never know what I will find on my camera roll.
We headed home for a little swimming after lunch until it was time for the kiddos to go to Mimi & Paw-Paw's house ...
While my sweet hubby & I went to dinner to celebrate our anniversary ... which is tomorrow! Eeek!
And psssst ... the book I am reading, Unstuffed, is incredible so far & SO helpful. Shay over at the Mix and Match Mama has been talking about it so I ordered it last week and started it this weekend!
We enjoyed our Sunday inside because it rained all day long and is still raining as I write this post. It's supposed to continue all day today into Tuesday morning. And I'm just over here like ... yes, please rain and wash all that pollen away! Oh my heart!
And now I'm off to fold the never ending pile of laundry 😏
Coop goes back to school today & we must get back into a routine! Sigh.
I hope y'all had an amazing weekend!
