Easter Garden Dessert

Happy Thursday!

Tomorrow starts spring break for Coop & we couldn't be happier :).

I mentioned on Monday that we had our families over for an early Easter lunch on Sunday afternoon.  Since the weather was so nice, we grilled out & for dessert Millie Jo & I made something fun!

I saw it on Facebook earlier that week & just knew everyone would love it!
Plus it's so cute & was super easy!
What you'll need ::
Brownie mix
White chocolate
Strawberries
Oreos
Orange food coloring
Chocolate icing
Reese Pieces eggs
First you make the brownies and bake them as you normally would.
While the brownies were baking, we melted the white chocolate on the stove top.
Once it was melted, we put it in a bowl & mixed a few drops of yellow & red food coloring to create orange.
And then it was time to dip the strawberries to make them look like carrots ;).
Once those were finished, we crushed up two sleeves of Oreos.
By this time the brownies were finished baking.
After they cooled, we spread the chocolate frosting on top of them.

It's already looking amazing, right!?!
And then we put the dirt ... I mean, Oreos on top of that ;).
Once the Oreos were spread out, it was time to put the strawberries in.
Love being in the kitchen with my girl!
After everything is finished, you just place a few of the Reese Pieces eggs around the strawberries ...
And that's it!

Such a fun little dessert & perfect for your Easter weekend :).

I'm taking tomorrow and next week off to spend time with my family during spring break but will be back the following Monday!

Before I go though, we have a winner for the giveaway we did last week!

Eeeek!

The winner is . . .
Ashley B.

Congratulations, Ashley!!
You have been emailed so make sure you claim your prize.

I hope y'all have an incredible Easter.

And remember, Jesus is alive!

But the angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know you seek Jesus who was crucified.  He is not here, for He has risen, as He said.  Come, see the place where He lay.
