MILLIE JO'S BIRTHDAY SURPRISE!
Happy Monday!!
I hope y'all had such a great weekend! We were busy, but not the kind where it's just insane.
A week ago Friday, MILLIE JO TURNED EIGHT! Gosh, I still can't believe it! Today, as promised, I am going to share her birthday surprise with you! AND I also made a video for you to see just how stinkin' cute it really was!
We stayed one night at the Hampton Inn SouthPark in Charlotte & experienced the American Girl package! You can see in the video just how surprised & excited they both were when they found out .. once we arrived at the hotel.
How fun was this tiny pink carpet for the girls to walk on when we checked in!
The morning we checked out, there were two cards slid under our door that had their pictures from the carpet in them!
Once we checked in & dropped our bags off, we headed to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner! You just can't go to SouthPark & NOT go ... at least we can't!
Love this birthday girl of mine so much!
After we got finished eating, we walked around the mall for a few minutes before everything closed. We got back to the hotel just in time for cupcake decorating, makeovers, & a movie!
They couldn't be any cuter if they tried!
The next morning, we were up early & headed down to the lobby for breakfast!
And afterwards, these two were ready to shop! And boy did they ever!
A girls only weekend never disappoints & now Millie Jo thinks we need to do this every month! 😉 I don't hate the idea either.
