THANKSGIVING 2018 - The Perfectly Imperfect Mama

THANKSGIVING 2018

by - Tuesday, November 27, 2018

Hey Hey Tuesday!

YESTERDAY I shared a few of my favorite Black Friday/Cyber Monday finds & today I am sharing all about our Thanksgiving.

It was such a sweet one.

We started our day out with one of our favorite traditions …
Watching the Macy's Day Parade & eating cinnamon rolls.

Before it was time to head to Thanksgiving lunch, I was THAT mama & made everyone take pictures.  I knew once we got to Mimi & Paw-Paw's they would want to play & have no time for pictures except for one of the five of us & cousin pictures!
Trying to get a decent picture with Cooper now a days is exhausting but so funny!!
The boy is crazy!

Told you.
My little turkeys!
Love them BIG!!!
They literally got this shot on the first try.  Somebody tell me why it took 253 times to get one with me!?! Ha!
Millie Jo insisted on taking mine & Dan's picture.
I'm so glad she did!

First stop was my in-loves house for Thanksgiving lunch.
And Uncle Dan shared his red velvet cake with our niece, Eva Grace.
He doesn't just share with anyone! 😉
Sisters!
Cousins are the BEST!
By this point, Ellie Joy was over the pictures.
 My sweet, sweet girls!
My heart is so full!

We spent Thanksgiving evening at Grammy & Pop's.
Watching the Cowboys beat the Redskins.
I'm just saying.
It was a little different this year with my sister & brother traveling, but we still had fun!
We are big fans of Aunt Debby!
Later that night, we [okay, I] had this great idea to load the kids up & we all went out shopping.  What was I thinking!?!  We made it through two stores & I was done. We went home & all went to bed.  I'm insane, I know.

It was such a good Thanksgiving & Ellie Joy's first!
We spent lots of time with family & ate way too much!

I can't even begin to describe how thankful I am!
