A LITTLE BIT OF THIS & THAT
Hey Hey!!
Today is my kiddos last day of school before Thanksgiving & we sure are excited over here for a break!
I am catching you up on ALL the things over here on my little piece of the internet today so grab your coffee, friends! It's A LOT!
A few weekends ago, Dan, Cooper & I went to Carowinds [an amusement park] for the day to celebrate Coop's best buddy's birthday.
While we were there …
Millie Jo & Ellie Joy spent the day with Grammy & Pop.
And went to their church's fall festival!
One of our most favorite things to do as a family in the fall is have bonfires. I mean, who doesn't love a good roasted hotdog and/or s'more!?!
I LOVE family dinners!!
And I love these cousins of mine!
We celebrated my cousin's birthday earlier this month & the whole family [minus a few] were there!
Millie Jo had her first ever field trip last month & I got to go with her!
She was SO excited that she got to ride the school bus! 😉
School pictures for my sweet third grader & kindergartener!
Last month, Dan's paw-paw [our kiddos call him Paw-Paw the Great] had a birthday & the kids, some grandkids & some great grandkids showed up to surprise him. And we really all surprised each other, because it wasn't planned!
These three make life so much fun!!
Seriously, I'm obsessed with them.
The kid's celebrated Red Ribbon Week at school the end of October …
The first day was pajama day …
The next day was favorite team day …
Wednesday was tacky day & Millie Jo wanted no part of it & Coop wouldn't let me take his picture. HA!
Thursday was Neon Colors Day & I forgot to take a picture …
And that Friday was Red, White & Blue day!
Dan had a side job a few weeks ago & didn't get home until late so we made pizza for dinner.
I have to give it to those of y'all who take "self timer selfies" with your kiddos … this was attempt number 342. I was just over here like "smile at the pizza" & they're like "really mom!?!" HAHA!
Library days.
These two received their soccer trophies a few weeks ago!
Ellie Joy & I had lunch with Coop last week for Turkey Day!
We will get to have Christmas lunch with Millie Jo since they do it by different grade levels!
Our house has been decorated since the beginning of November.
I let the kiddos decorate our tree this year!
There were a few I had to move from the bottom because a certain baby girl but I couldn't love it more!

When I first found out I was pregnant with Ellie Joy, I was a little nervous because Cooper was going to be eight years older than her. That's a big age difference! But it has been wonderful! She is Cooper's girl! Between him & Millie Jo, they are the biggest help!

It's Natalie from AT HOME WITH NATALIE & y'all, she's so sweet!
I have followed along with her family on INSTAGRAM for a few years now & we met "in real life" at the Moms Night Out event [more on that in another post] she hosted earlier this month!
Last week she invited us to baby Hunter's first birthday party & my kiddos had a blast! If you don't follow her, you need to! She's seriously the best party planner ever!
I was cleaning Cooper's room the other day, & found this folded up.
On the front it said "To Mom."
A turkey dressed up as Dak Prescott.
Listen, he may have just went & watched the Redskins play, but he still thought about his mama!
Love his heart!
Dan & Millie Jo went for a bike ride last night & he sends me this picture.
They were literally right up the street.
That girl keeps us laughing!
