FAMILY BEACH VACATION - MAY 2019 : PART ONE

by - Wednesday, June 12, 2019

Hey Hey Wednesday!

Both of my girls have their yearly check ups this morning so if you need me, I will be the crazy woman at the doctor with three kiddos.

Last week, I shared about our Memorial Day weekend when we went CAMPING.  We came home that Monday & I packed me & the kids right back up to head to North Myrtle Beach, SC early that Tuesday morning for the week!

I was originally going to knock this all out in one post but then started uploading pictures & realized it should probably be split up because good gracious, I'm sure y'all have other plans today that don't consist of just spending 12 hours looking at my pictures.  HA!!
We followed my in-loves & a four hour trip only took us six hours with six kids!  Four of those being under two years old!
One of our stops was McLeod's to get strawberries & ice cream!
It's a must every time we go!

Once we got to the beach, we spent the rest of the day unpacking, grocery shopping & ended our day at the pool.
The next morning, we headed down to the ocean.  We had golf carts but Coop, Itty Bitty & I decided to pull the wagon & walk!
Poor girl kept the snot nose all week long!
But girlfriend LOVED the water & sand!
After spending the day on the beach, we went back up for naps & showers!
We ordered pizza & spent the rest of the evening hanging out in the condo.
If it were up to Millie Jo, we would spend all of our vacation at the pool.  The girl is a fish!  The next day was spent by the pool & we weren't mad about it!
These girls of mine.  Oh my heart!
And later on, Coop joined us.  If it were up to him, we would spend the entire time down on the beach.  I bet I asked them "How many of me are there?  How many of you are there?" 348 times.

But seriously, can we just talk about how amazing of a big brother this boy is!?! Itty Bitty is a blessed girl to have two older siblings who are crazy about her.  And trust me, the feeling is mutual.  She LOVES them!!
That evening, we went out to dinner at Crab Catchers in Little River, SC.
I bet you'd never guess that their corn on the cob is the best, huh!?!
My girls love them some corn on the cob.  I mean, Ellie Joy ate two!!

The view on the patio deck is beautiful so pictures were a must.
Or at least attempts at pictures.
Gosh, I love these three BIG!!
After dinner, Paw-Paw took Cooper & Millie Jo to play putt-putt while my sister-in-loves, mother-in-love & I took the baby girls to a store in Calabash before calling it a night!

That's it for part one!  I will share more tomorrow!

Here is our video of the trip!
SO much fun!!

Have the best Wednesday, friends!
