WEEKEND RECAP!

Happy Monday!

Today is Cooper & Millie Jo's first full day of school. Their first day was Friday, but for only half a day! So today, we get back into the swing of things & I'm excited about it. Except the setting the alarm clock thing!

Friday evening, we were all pretty exhausted from being up so early that morning for school so we stayed home, ate dinner in, & watched the Sonic movie!

On Saturday morning, we woke up early & headed to South Carolina to go to Windy Hill apple orchard.

Truth is, we didn't go for the apples ... we went for their amazing donuts!

We will take all the donuts with a side of apple juice, please!

The best part, we got there as soon as they opened & it wasn't too hot then! We're pushing for fall over here, but the NC weather says otherwise.

Windy Hill didn't have much to do other than eat donuts, so we headed five minutes down the road to a place called Bush -N- Vine. They are known for their strawberries. Seriously, the best strawberries you'll ever taste! They also have a playground & ice cream!

And a big tractor you can sit on!

Donuts & ice cream before 11am on a Saturday .. why not!?!

We grabbed lunch before heading home & then once we got home, we rested until the afternoon.

All three babes stayed at my in-loves Saturday night so Dan & I could go out & celebrate my brother's 30th birthday!

A date night out is always good for the soul! And not to mention, bowling is so much!

Sunday morning, Dan & I went to church, had lunch, made a Sam's run to get a few things for the new week & then headed to get the kids so we could go spend the day at the pool.
